Couvent Rouge Red’s first nose reveals note of red fruit aromas. Second nose insists strongly on red fruit and delivers alongside a mineral and woody taste. First note comes sweet, with an underlined and balanced acidity, revealing a slender of bitterness that develops elegantly under the palate. A well-balanced structure underlines astringent tannins. An intense aromatic persistence is delivered by the length and strength of the aromas.
